Agon, a UK defence startup founded in 2026 by former Anduril director Tristam Constant and Junaid Hussain, has launched with $30M in funding to build synthetic virtual battlefields that train AI-powered autonomous weapons. The round — $7M pre-seed and $23M seed from investors including Lakestar, 201 Ventures, D3, XYZ, Lux Capital and Northzone — aims to provide AI training data and partnerships with European defence autonomy firms.
