Epsagon founders Nitzan Shapira and Ran Ribenzaft raised a $34M seed round for Harmony, an AI agent platform that runs inside Slack and Microsoft Teams to automate IT, HR, and back-office support. Harmony, emerging from stealth on July 28 and led by Lightspeed, claims an organizational context graph and over 100 prebuilt agents enabling rapid deployment and high ticket deflection and no-touch resolution rates.
