Former Fabric CFO Nevin Shetty Pleads Not Guilty to Fraud in $35 Million Crypto Fund Transfer

Nevin Shetty, former CFO of Seattle startup Fabric, pled not guilty to four fraud charges for allegedly transferring $35 million of company funds to his crypto firm. The funds lost nearly all value in the 2022 crypto crash, and Shetty’s next court date is July 24.
