AlpacaDB Inc. secured a strategic investment of over $135 million—led by Peak XV and Elefund—to expand its AI agent–based securities infrastructure, bringing total funding including recent debt to $435 million. The company will use the proceeds to accelerate development and deploy an API-first prime brokerage, with debt provided mainly by Payward (Kraken) and BMO and participation from Opera Tech Ventures and Unbound.
