Scout Space raises $18 million to expand orbital tracking technology
Scout Space closed an $18 million Series A on May 6 to expand manufacturing and fund upcoming missions for its orbital sensing and edge-processing software. The Reston, Virginia startup will build a 2,600-square-foot Northern Virginia facility and is partnering with Blue Origin and the U.S. Space Force on sensor integrations and contracts.
