Know What to Build Next: A Hands-On AI Feedback Workshop

Your customers are already telling you what to build next, it's just scattered across tickets, reviews and DMs that nobody has time to read. In this hands-on hour you'll build an AI feedback pipeline from raw data to ranked recommendations, then learn to interrogate it: what's actually supported, what got buried, and who was never in the data. Bring a laptop. No prior AI experience needed.

Eva Kapitany is the founder of FeedFrwd, an AI platform that turns scattered customer feedback into ranked, evidence-backed product decisions, and a founding member of The SWELL Incubator. Self-taught with twenty years implementing enterprise systems, most recently architecting a user listening system inside Microsoft's Customer Service and Support organization, she left in July 2025 to build the thing she kept wishing existed.
