Total Cost of Ownership: Living with AI

Join us October 27th for our next in-person networking event. We'll talk shop and mark the launch of our Issaquah monthly meetup, hosted by Edgar "Kasho" Zambrano.

Read on for event details. Panelists to be announced soon!

Total Cost of Ownership: Living with AI

You've already bought in. Maybe it was a pilot that became a platform, or a tool that you or your team adopted before anyone asked permission. The license was the easy part. Now you're living with it.

What does AI actually cost once it's part of how your team works? Not just the invoice, but the integration work nobody scoped, the review time that quietly replaced the time you saved, the skills your people stop practicing, and the decisions you now have to explain to someone else. Some of those costs pay off. Some compound. Most don't show up in the business case.

Our panel brings together people who are past the adoption phase and into the long haul. They'll talk candidly about what they underestimated, what turned out to be worth it, and how they decide what to keep, what to change, and what to walk away from.

This is for you if:

You own or influence decisions about AI tools, budgets, or workflows

Your team has adopted AI and you're trying to figure out whether it's actually working

You suspect the real costs are somewhere other than where you're measuring

This is not for you if:

You're looking for an intro to AI or a vendor demo

You want a verdict on whether AI is good or bad
