Craig Lange joined WestRiver Group in October 2025 as Managing Director to lead the launch of its Disruptive Growth Fund, which targets hard technology in energy and power systems, applied life sciences and advanced manufacturing. He spent 37 years at Caterpillar, most recently as Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development for its Energy & Transportation segment, where he oversaw venture investing and M&A. He serves on the board of the Energy & Workforce Technology Council.
