Atomo has opened a new 33,547 sq ft roastery in Seattle capable of producing 90 million cups of beanless coffee annually, starting with espresso grounds for cafes nationwide. The company, founded in 2019, uses upcycled plant materials to create sustainable coffee alternatives and is partnering with Bluestone Lane and other independent shops.
