Seattle startup Boost Sport raised a $1.3 million seed round to expand its AI and video-analysis software for basketball teams, which extracts data insights from footage without in-venue cameras or wearables. TitletownTech led the round; Boost is led by CEO Mustafa Abdul-Hamid and co-founder Inga Nakhmanson, has run five pilots, signed Pepperdine, and is selling two-year contracts despite pandemic-related revenue impacts.
