Immusoft and Takeda partner on B‑cell protein therapies for CNS disorders in deal potentially worth over $900M
Seattle cell therapy startup Immusoft struck a collaboration with Takeda to develop B‑cell–based protein therapies for central nervous system disorders in a deal that could be worth over $900 million. Immusoft will get research funding, an undisclosed upfront payment and option/milestone fees, while Takeda can license preclinical programs and advance products to clinic and commercialization.
