Commsor, a New York-based company founded in 2019 specializing in online community management, has acquired Caravel, a Portland-based conversational intelligence platform and 2020 Techstars Seattle graduate. The acquisition will enhance Commsor's ability to provide real-time community insights and personalized member engagement, with Caravel continuing to operate independently.
