CoreStack Acquires Karthik Consulting to Expand Federal Cloud Governance Services

Seattle-based cloud governance startup CoreStack has acquired Karthik Consulting, a federal cloud services provider with 90 employees, to expand its customer base and enhance its software capabilities. CoreStack now has over 300 employees after the acquisition, with terms undisclosed.
