Envoy Acquires Seattle Hybrid Workplace Startup Worksphere, Integration of Teams Announced

Seattle-based startup Worksphere, which created a platform for managing hybrid workplace experiences, has been acquired by San Francisco-based competitor Envoy. Envoy, which raised $111 million in January and recently acquired OfficeTogether, will integrate Worksphere's team and technology to enhance its workplace management offerings.
