Nscale has expanded its Bellevue office commitment at The Eight tower from one floor to two, totaling about 46,000 rentable square feet, signaling the London-based AI infrastructure startup plans to scale its U.S. engineering hub well beyond its current ~50 Seattle-area employees. The phased lease opens one floor in January 2027 and a second in June 2027, reflecting an aggressive growth posture for a company founded in 2024.
