Flexport Sells Convoy Technology to DAT Freight & Analytics for Approximately $250 Million in 2024
Flexport announced it is selling Convoy's freight marketplace technology to DAT Freight & Analytics for around $250 million, after acquiring Convoy in 2022 following its shutdown. DAT, part of Roper Technologies, will operate the marketplace, expanding its freight-matching network in North America.
