Seattle startup Atomo Coffee is selling a bean-free "molecular cold brew" made from upcycled plant ingredients (date seed, chicory root, grape skin) in an e‑commerce pop-up, marking its first public product release after three years. The 8-ounce cans (Classic and Ultra Smooth) contain 84 mg caffeine and aim to replicate coffee taste and aroma without coffee beans.
