Kyndryl has acquired Seattle-based cloud migration software company Skytap, aiming to enhance its hybrid cloud services portfolio. Skytap, led by CEO Bradley Schick, supports traditional on-premise systems on Microsoft Azure and IBM Cloud, serving clients like Honeywell and Okta.
