Seattle life-insurance startup Jenny Life raised $3.5 million in a Series A to fuel growth after reporting an 800% spike in customer engagement tied to the COVID-19 outbreak. Founded in 2017 by Chirag Pancholi and Lief Larson, the company offers quick, no-exam policies aimed at women and mothers and attracted investment from CMFG Ventures and other backers.
