Dopl Technologies raises $6.3M seed to advance remote robotic ultrasound, plans FDA submission in 2027
Dopl Technologies, a Bothell, Washington startup developing a remote robotic ultrasound platform, raised $6.3 million in a seed round (more than $8 million total raised) to advance its device and regulatory work. The company, founded by CEO Ryan James with Dr. Steve Seslar and Dr. Wayne Monsky, plans an FDA submission in 2027 and says the technology could expand access to diagnostic ultrasound for millions.
