Seattle-based Chomp, known for its 'mechanical cows' that convert food waste into fuel and fertilizer, was acquired by Martin Energy Group to scale its manufacturing and sales. Founded 11 years ago, Chomp’s digesters consume large amounts of organic waste using anaerobic digestion, helping customers reduce landfill emissions and cut disposal costs.
