Upstack Acquires Seattle’s Avail Partners; Founders Join as Partners in 2012-Founded Firm

Seattle-based tech consulting firm Avail Partners was acquired by New York City IT advisory platform Upstack, with Avail founders Dan Marsh and Scott Maurice becoming partners at Upstack. Avail specializes in cloud migration, cybersecurity, and datacenter colocation services for mid-market organizations.
