Seattle’s Omnidian to Acquire Portions of Bankrupt Sunnova’s Solar Business for $7 Million

Seattle-based solar servicing company Omnidian plans to acquire parts of bankrupt solar firm Sunnova’s business for $7 million, taking over customer service and system management for many Sunnova customers. Sunnova filed for bankruptcy last month due to financial challenges including tariffs and reduced solar incentives.
