Seattle Startup Arzeda Raises $38M to Advance Protein Design for Industrial and Agricultural Applications

Seattle-based protein design startup Arzeda raised $38 million in its latest funding round, bringing total investments to $86 million to develop enzymes for industrial and agricultural uses. The company works with major partners like Unilever, BP, and Gore-Tex makers, and was the first spinout from the University of Washington's Institute for Protein Design.
