StormSensor raises $10M to expand sensors and software for stormwater management amid record rains
Seattle-based StormSensor raised $10 million in new funding (about $16 million total) to scale its sensors and software that monitor stormwater systems as heavier rains cause severe flooding worldwide. CEO Erin Rothman founded the company in 2016 after discovering many municipalities lacked real-time data on stormwater performance.
