Syndio, a Seattle-based pay equity startup, made its first acquisition by acquiring Austin-based agentic AI startup Embrace.ai to enhance its AI-powered compensation platform. The acquisition brings Embrace.ai's founders and team to Syndio to accelerate development in real-time pay decision governance.
