OfferUp hired former Splunk VP of Engineering Melissa Binde as CTO, succeeding Ameesh Paleja; Joe Minarik left Amazon after 16 years to become DataBank COO, and several senior tech leaders moved between major firms including Anthony Penta to Goldman Sachs and Mike Filippo from Apple to Microsoft.
