Veeam to Acquire Securiti AI for $1.725 Billion, Integrating AI and Data Security into Platform

Veeam Software announced it will acquire San Jose-based Securiti AI for $1.725 billion to enhance its data protection platform with integrated data security and AI trust technologies. The deal, expected to close in Q4 2025, will bring Securiti's CEO Rehan Jalil to Veeam as president of security and AI.
