Vouched raised $17 million in a Series A led by Spring Rock Ventures to scale its Know Your Agent (KYA) platform and the KnowThat.ai Agent Reputation Directory, aiming to provide verifiable agent identities, delegation, and runtime reputation for AI and human actors in regulated, high‑transaction environments. The KYA system builds on the Model Context Protocol with a proposed KYA-OS extension, offering enterprises turnkey server infrastructure, SDKs, and cryptographic credentials so agents can authenticate, authorize, and be audited when acting on behalf of people.
