Temporal Technologies raised $550 million in a Series E at a $12.55 billion valuation to expand adoption of its Durable Execution technology, which lets long-running applications resume after failures; the round was led by Lightspeed with co-leads Wellington Management, Goldman Sachs Alternatives’ Growth Equity and Tiger Global.
