Arzeda, co-founded by Nobel laureate David Baker, has surpassed 10 tons of ProSweet RebM™ stevia production—enough to replace 3,000 tons of sugar—and scaled its team to over 70 employees across ML, protein testing, strain design, and operations. The company says it brought ProSweet RebM™ to market in one-third the usual time and is expanding production to meet global demand.
