Enterprise AI startup logcat.ai raised $2.5 million in a pre-seed round led by Founders’ Co-op to expand its engineering team and enhance Delta, an AI platform that automates Android and Linux device engineering by analyzing system traces and recommending code-level fixes. Founded in 2025 by Varun Chitre and Tarun Vashisth, the Seattle-based company says Delta has processed over 10 billion lines of trace data, served hundreds of beta developers and a few paying enterprise customers.

Seattle startup logcat.ai raised $2.55 million in pre-seed funding to build AI agents that debug and develop low-level Android and Linux operating-system software for devices. Founded by former Esper engineers Varun Chitre (CEO) and Tarun Vashisth (CTO), the system analyzes device logs to find root causes and recommend fixes, with a roadmap to autonomously write and test fixes.
