Amazon Grocery SVP Tony Hoggett to Leave November 2024 for COO Role at Marc Lore’s Wonder Chain
Tony Hoggett, Amazon's SVP of worldwide grocery stores since January 2022, will leave on November 1, 2024, to become COO of Marc Lore's restaurant chain Wonder. Wonder operates 27 outlets in the Northeast and plans to pilot locations inside Walmart stores.

OctoML raises $15M from Amplify and Madrona to scale TVM-based ML deployment tools
Seattle startup OctoML, spun out of the University of Washington and led by Apache TVM creators, raised $15 million from investors including Amplify and Madrona to expand its ML deployment software. The company, which launched a TVM-based SaaS called Octomizer, will use the funding to grow hiring and scale its optimizer for edge and cloud model deployment.
