Nscale has more than doubled its Bellevue office to 46,000 sq ft by leasing an additional 25,000 sq ft to support rapid scaling of GPU clusters and engineering teams amid surging demand for specialized AI computing. The 2023-founded startup operates large purpose-built data centers housing thousands of GPUs to offer high-performance AI training and inference without customers buying their own multimillion-dollar hardware.
