Oregon Angel Fund has rebranded as Oregon Venture Fund and launched Oregon Venture Fund XII, a $30–$50 million five-year institutional fund to let organizations commit capital for five years rather than annually. The group will continue its annual vehicle for 180 individual investors while aiming to increase total annual investments to about $20 million by 2020.
