Starcloud raised $250 million in a Series A extension at a $2.3 billion post-money valuation to expand its space-based data centers, fund manufacturing, engineering with NVIDIA, and secure future launches. The company — which launched an NVIDIA H100 on Starcloud-1 in November 2025 and has run AI models in orbit — plans a constellation targeting 88,000 satellites and 20 GW of orbital compute.
