Mikal Thomsen is a Managing Director and Founding Partner of Trilogy Equity Partners. After joining McCaw Communications' cellular division in 1983, he co-founded Pacific Northwest Cellular and later served as COO of Western Wireless and VoiceStream and as President of Western Wireless until its 2005 sale to Alltel. He is Chairman and CEO of the Tacoma Rainiers and has chaired the Washington State University Foundation.
