Mike Ma is the founder of Labs8 Ventures and managing director at Labs8 Consulting, where he leads an independent incubator focused on human flourishing, agency, and autonomy. He also founded Acton Academy Eastside and previously founded Wagon and Splinewave. His work spans technology, systems design, and entrepreneurship, including product and platform roles at Microsoft and Expedia. He is an investor in samaritan and serves on the board of Sekai Creator. He has been deeply involved in education, designing learner-driven environments for young and post-secondary students.
