Portal Space Systems tests solar-powered propulsion, plans Feb test mission and first flight in late 2026 with $20M VC and Space Force support

Portal Space Systems, a Bothell startup, tested a solar-based propulsion system and says it successfully demonstrated technology that could enable rapid spacecraft maneuvering between orbits, with plans for a February test mission, a late-2026 first flight, and customer deliveries in 2027.
