iSpot acquires Ace Metrix; Ace CEO Peter Daboll joins as chief strategy officer, 45 employees added

Seattle-based TV-ad measurement firm iSpot has acquired Los Angeles-based Ace Metrix to strengthen its ad measurement technology, adding 45 employees and bringing Ace Metrix CEO Peter Daboll into iSpot as chief strategy officer; financial terms were not disclosed.
